SSLoad is designed for working with public media links. This page explains what is allowed, what is not supported and how to use the service safely.

Use public links only

The service is intended for videos, Reels and audio that are publicly available from the source. It does not bypass private accounts, closed groups, paid access, login walls or technical protection.

Respect creator rights

Downloading a file does not give you permission to repost, sell or reuse someone else’s content. Keep files only when you have the right to save and use them.

When processing may fail

A link can fail when the video is private, deleted, region-limited, age-restricted, login-required or temporarily unavailable.

Safe app and file use

Download the Android app only from the official SSLoad.com link or from a trusted store when available. Do not install modified APK files from unknown pages.
