This Privacy Policy applies to the SSLoad Downloader Android application, package name com.ssload.videosaver, and to the SSLoad.com website.

SSLoad Downloader is a tool that helps users process public links and save available video, audio or image files to their own device. The app is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Twitter, ByteDance, Meta, Google or any other third-party platform.

We do not require account registration in the app. The app does not ask for your name, address, phone number or account password for social media services.

When you paste or share a link into the app or website, the link may be sent to SSLoad.com servers only to process the request and return available download options. The link is used for the requested operation and service reliability.

Downloaded files are stored on your device. Download history and preview thumbnails in the Android app are stored locally on your phone and are not uploaded to our server as separate history records.

The app may create local technical data such as settings, selected language, cached thumbnails and download history information. You can remove history records inside the app. You can also delete app data through Android system settings.

The website may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, device type, pages visited and error logs. This information is used for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics and service improvement.

The app may send a lightweight online status request to SSLoad.com to show how many users are currently using the app. This request is used only for the online counter and basic service statistics.

If you contact us through a form or email, we may receive the name, email address and message you voluntarily provide. We use this information only to reply to your request and support the service.

SSLoad may display advertisements. Advertising partners, such as Google AdMob or other ad networks, may process device identifiers, approximate location, app activity or diagnostic data according to their own policies. Ad personalization may depend on your device and Google settings.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use downloaded files, local app history or local thumbnails for advertising profiles.

Temporary files or processing results on the server, when created, are removed automatically after a limited time. We do not guarantee long-term storage of any processed file on the server.

You are responsible for using SSLoad only for content that you have the right to access, save and use. Please respect copyright, platform rules and applicable laws.

Children should use the service only with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where required by local law. The service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and to keep the service stable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request information, correction or deletion of data you provided to us by contacting support@ssload.com. Local app data can be deleted directly on your device.

This policy may be updated when the app, website, advertising partners or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
