"Application" means the software program provided by SSLoad and downloaded by you on an electronic device, named SSLoad Downloader.

The Application does not require registration and does not ask for your social media account passwords.

When you paste, type or share a link into the Application or Website, that link may be sent to ssload.com servers to analyze the public page and return available download options.

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we may receive your email address, name and message content. We use this information to answer your request and provide support.

Types of Data Collected or Used

Clipboard data: the Application may read clipboard content only when you tap the Paste button or use an Android sharing action. Clipboard content is used to get the link that you want to process.

Photos, videos, audio, files and documents: the Application may request access needed to save downloaded files to your device or allow you to open saved files with other apps on your phone.

Local app data: selected language, app settings, cached preview thumbnails and download history records may be stored locally on your Device. These local records are not uploaded to our server as a separate user history.

Online status data: the Application may send a lightweight online status request to ssload.com to show how many users are currently using the app. This request is used for the online counter and basic service statistics.

Usage Data: when you access the Service, we may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, country, request time, pages visited, diagnostics and error logs.

Use of Your Personal Data

We may use information to provide and maintain the Service, process links, return download options, save files to your device when requested, troubleshoot errors, monitor service reliability and protect the Service from abuse.

We may use technical data to analyze performance, improve app design, understand feature usage, detect crashes, maintain security and support advertising that helps keep the Service available.

We may use contact information that you voluntarily provide to respond to your questions, support requests or legal notices.

Local Storage and Downloaded Files

Downloaded files are stored on your Device. SSLoad does not claim ownership of files saved by you.

The download history shown in the Application is an informational local list. It is stored on your phone and can be removed inside the app.

Preview thumbnails used in the Application history are stored locally on your phone and are not used by SSLoad to build advertising profiles.

Retention of Data

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period and is used for internal analysis, security, diagnostics and service improvement.

Temporary files or processing results on the server, when created, are automatically removed after a limited time. SSLoad does not guarantee long-term storage of processed files on the server.

Transfer of Data

Your information may be processed in the country where you are located and in other locations where SSLoad or its Service Providers operate.

By using the Service and submitting information, you agree that such information may be transferred to and processed in locations where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose information to Service Providers who help us operate hosting, analytics, diagnostics, security, advertising or support functions.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of SSLoad, prevent wrongdoing, protect users or protect against legal liability.

We do not sell Personal Data. We do not use your downloaded files, local download history or local preview thumbnails to create advertising profiles.

Detailed Information on Service Providers

Analytics: we may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand website and app usage, traffic patterns, diagnostics and service performance.

Advertising: we may use advertising services, including Google AdSense, Google AdMob or other ad networks, to show ads and support the Service.

Advertising partners may process device identifiers, cookies, approximate location, app activity, diagnostics or other data according to their own privacy policies and your device settings.

You can manage interest-based advertising through your device settings, Google Ads settings and regional privacy controls where available.

Payments and In-App Purchases

The Application may include ads or paid features in the future. Payment processing, if enabled, will be handled by third-party platforms such as Google Play.

SSLoad does not store or collect your payment card details. Payment information is provided directly to the payment processor and is governed by that processor's privacy policy.

Do Not Track Policy

Some browsers include a Do Not Track feature. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Website may not respond to such signals in a separate way.

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.

SSLoad is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Twitter, ByteDance, Meta, Google or any other third-party platform.

You are responsible for using SSLoad only for content that you have the right to access, save and use. Please respect copyright, platform rules and applicable laws.

Security of Your Personal Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information and maintain service stability.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, Website, advertising partners or legal requirements change.
